Changes for version 1.3

Re-engineered the expansion to allow for %{VAR1|VAR2|VAR3:default} and to use common code.
Added AuthEnvAllowAll, AuthEnvDenyAll, AuthEnvAllowFile and AuthEnvDenyFile directives.

Perl Authentication and Authorisation via Environment Variables.

To install Apache2::AuthEnv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache2::AuthEnv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache2::AuthEnv
