Changes for version 1.3.1

Fixed a bug in the environment expansion whereby a final empty default is ignored and mangles the last environment variable name.

To install Apache2::AuthEnv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache2::AuthEnv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache2::AuthEnv
