Changes for version 0.33 - 2016-08-10

  • We now pass use_begin => 1 to PkgVersion so this Just Works with XS distros.
  • Version 0.32 would only work on perls that had experimental.pm, e.g. not on 5.14.2, just stop using that module & smartmatch.
