Fix tests to work regardless of order of get_all_attributes return value (RT#81713)

To install MooseX::MetaDescription, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::MetaDescription

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::MetaDescription
