Changes for version 2.04

Fixed error messages to croak with better explanation if the call to _error was missing information.

Bulk Load for Postgres with ability to skip bad records.

To install Pg::BulkLoad, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pg::BulkLoad

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pg::BulkLoad
