add support for the SIZE ESMTP extension to Net::Server::Mail

To install Net::Server::Mail::ESMTP::SIZEpatched, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Server::Mail::ESMTP::SIZEpatched

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Server::Mail::ESMTP::SIZEpatched
