Changes for version 0.06

Forked from v0.05 of Alien::TinyCC; the source repository is now my local fork so that I can distribute the extended symbol table API.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Include functions to generate ExtUtils::MakeMaker arguments, ported from Alien::TinyCC.

retrieve useful information about the Alien installation of tcc with extended symbol tables

To install Alien::TinyCCx, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::TinyCCx

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::TinyCCx
