Added support for the apostrophe and the numeral, thanks to a request by Juan Miguel Corral Cano.

Perl module for converting to and from Beta Code

To install Encode::BetaCode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Encode::BetaCode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Encode::BetaCode
