Changes for version 0.11

Update to be able to use the new 'Plugin::Session' config key as the rest of the Session infrastructure is moving to that.
Move actions out of the application class for TestApp as this warns with the latest Catalyst.

Maintain session IDs using the stash

To install Catalyst::Plugin::Session::State::Stash, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Plugin::Session::State::Stash

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Plugin::Session::State::Stash
