Changes for version 3.1.03

Increased timeout for 'start' script, needed when restart requires a longer time.

To install MySQL::Sandbox, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MySQL::Sandbox

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MySQL::Sandbox
