Changes for version 1.6.1

Fixed bug in parse() where attribute values containing the = character were not handled properly in embedded tags. So <#MYTAG SETTING="<#OTHERTAG FOO="3x4=12">"> was is now handled properly. Added META.yml file.

To install Text::TagTemplate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::TagTemplate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::TagTemplate
