The IPTables-Parse module before 1.6 for Perl allows local users to write to arbitrary files owned by the current user.
To install IPTables::Parse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm IPTables::Parse
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install IPTables::Parse
