do not die if "use Coro::Patchset" can't load LWP patch because Net::HTTP or others not exists

fix Coro as much as possible

fix Coro::Handle as much as possible

fix Coro::LWP as much as possible

fix Coro::Socket as much as possible

To install Coro::PatchSet, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Coro::PatchSet

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Coro::PatchSet
