Changed to use NewSMSsend instead of SMSsend, as it should be better and support utf8

Send SMS messages via the RoutoMessaging HTTP API

To install Net::SMS::RoutoMessaging, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::SMS::RoutoMessaging

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SMS::RoutoMessaging
