Changes for version 0.8

Fixed but in writing. If there was an error on write the server was sent spinning into an endless loop.
Fixed bug in win32 nonblocking. Thanks to Bytewolf and dliouville for finding this.

To install Net::HTTPServer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::HTTPServer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::HTTPServer
