Changes for version 0.9.2

Fixed bug with interaction with Internet Explorer. I was parsing the headers incorrectly.

To install Net::HTTPServer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::HTTPServer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::HTTPServer
