The module is making use of the perl rand function for key and iv generation (for Crypt::Rijndael).
To install File::KeePass, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm File::KeePass
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install File::KeePass
