Fix bug that prevents one from specifying multiple arguments for a custom plugin section (ex. PruneFiles + filenames)

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::RHOELZ, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::RHOELZ

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::RHOELZ
