fix bug where line break where not added if filtered text did not contain code tags

Template Toolkit plugin which implements wrapper around Syntax::Highlight::Perl module.

To install Template::Plugin::HighlightPerl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Template::Plugin::HighlightPerl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Template::Plugin::HighlightPerl
