Changes for version 2.10

Non-windows: Copy pp_autolink.pl to pp_autolink at build time so the docs match. An imperfect approach but works for now.

Run the pp (PAR Packager) utility while automatically finding dynamic libs to link

To install App::PP::Autolink, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::PP::Autolink

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::PP::Autolink
